Not getting enough exercise. . UNHEALTHY ?!


Question: I'm about 5'3, 105 pounds. Since I've been living with my boyfriend, it's been 5 months, I haven't really been getting any exercise.

Since I don't work and am not going to school yet, I'm at home all day. I go out here and there, to the movies or shop, but that's not that often. Other than that, we do have sex a lot.

I'm starting to feel tired all the time though even when I get enough sleep at night. Is that a sign that I should start exercising more? Can I get very sick from not exercising everyday?

You're probably depressed. That's not much of a life. Get some exercise, for sure, but also, get something to do with your life. Volunteer or work or something.

5'3, 105 pounds is a very good weight. Very healthy.

A lot of chicks nowadays are 5'3" and 150 pounds. Very unhealthy and nasty.

You can't get sick from not exercising everyday. Just eat a healthy diet, keep your weight down, and keep having a lot of sex.
Most girls should be like you. You have nothing to worry about.
