Congratulations on getting a treadclimer and your goal to become healthier. 100 pounds is a lot to focus on. Try making your goal just 10 pounds. Work on losing that first 10, then once you reach that goal, go for the second 10 and so on. Make sure you are drinking lots of water throughout your day. Most people are hungry because their bodies are dehydrated. Secondly, eat breakfast, doing so will signal your body to turn on its burning source. With your cereal, have some fruit. An apple is a great source of fiber and really helps rise your sugar level and aids in not feeling hungry. Carbs are good for snacking, but protein is better. It will keep your sugar level high and for longer periods of time. Using your treadclimer is great, but you might find yourself burned out, so try other activities that are just as fun, like walking or swimming. Mix it up. I am proud of you for your efforts in getting healthier...You can do this... keep us posted on your success. Good Luck..

Yes...Very Yes if you work hard.. on somethign that burns lots of calories.. a day.. example tae bo that burns 100 caloires every 10mins..

3500 calories=1pound

so you got7 months thats 210 days...you can burn like 80 pounds of fat.. from taebo average..

jsut go to youtube....play that taebo video thats 13mins long do it for 2-5 times a day.. dont give up!
run in the morrining..

EVERYDAY until september...

Becuz i dont think diets..are good if you are focring your self to do it becuz after a whilte you will start pigging out..so you will gain faster than you lost weight..

So trry my idea and see how ti goes..

Just dont eat more 1200 calories a day and that will save u :)

I think it is possible, but may not be realistic unless you have a very strong will power and really diet the correct way. The diet you mentioned above is not good. I didn't see any mention of any vetgables. I have lost over 35 lbs since September on The BiggestLosser Diet, but I am a senior citizen and we don't loose weight very fast. So if your serious, give the biggest looser diet a try. It costs $20 a month, but it does require to eat lots of vetgables, fruit, lean meat, beans, 64oz of water a day, and not so few calories that you get too weak. Good luck.

That is a lot of weight to lose. Make sure that you are not taking any shortcuts to do this.

Fast weight loss is not permanent weight loss.

Did you know that 1 pound of extra muscle will help you burn 50 calories per day? Then imagine what 6 pounds can do, yep 300 calories per day!

I have lost 6kg (13lbs), 4 inches from my waist and 4 inches from my hips in 5 weeks.

Have a look at my workouts here;

I hope this helps.

Take care,
