I think I'm ugly...?!


Question: Hi, I'm an 18 yr old guy and very often I see myself as ugly especially when some other guy walks down the street and is much better looking than me...I'm 5'7'' and I'm 110lbs..don't you think I'm too skinny?? how can I gain more weight and get muscles?? I have no time to join the gym ...also how can I be "better looking"?

right now your young.as you become older your metabolism will slow down.no time to work out/go to the gym?do pushups!!!!!!!!!100-200 a day would help you out a "sh*t load"
but all you can do now is eat healthy.just because your skinny and want to gain weight,doenst mean you have the right to go to in n out and overindulge ...not only will your cholestoral/sugar etc rise.. but you can be in danger of getting heart problems.i suggest going to a store and buying those big red gallon looking bottles .. and you can make shakes from them.they are designed to help you gain weight the healthy way.?jenni

Get some confidence. It will make you much more attractive.

If your not willing to give up time to go to the gym then obviously your not going to get muscles unless you buy gym stuff and lift weights at your house. and what do you mean you look ugly? maybe you have a unabrow or maybe acne.?
if so those things are easy to fix but if your just ugly ugly i dont think theres anything you can do. you should try to work on things about yourself that you can change...

Stand infront of a mirror each day and tell yourself how wonderful you are. Point out all your great qualities. Soon you'll start to believe it and so will others.

Your perfect the way you are.

You can't really change the way your face looks, unless you want to use makeup or plastic surgery or likewise. You probably look perfectly fine the way you are. Confidence is key.

But if you're really convinced that you're "ugly," as people work out, they tend to gain some better looks too.

What can you possibly be too busy with in order not to have enough time to keep yourself healthy?
You don't have to join the gym; running in the mornings/evenings and/or doing curl-ups and crunches will help you.

even if you feel ugly, dont let it show.

confidence in men (not cockiness) is extremely attractive.
the first step to looking good is feeling good about
yourself, cuz you can't expect someone to love you if you don't

try dressing nice and taking the extra time to do you're hair. if you don't have time to go to the gym, do at home exercizes like push-ups, crunches, jogging etc.
to gain weight, eat some protein bars, especially if you're trying to build muscle. don't just eat them if you aren't going to work out because then you'll just get fat. if you're going to take in extra calories work them off :)

actuaaly you are just fine... but if you do want to gain muscle just do some basic exercises every morning. like crunches, jumping jacks, lift heavy things, or go for a jog around your neighborhood...... you can also buy little weights at target or something for only $10

u will be better looking just by being happy and confident all the time

There's no easy way out. If you want to bulk up then you will have to find the time to workout.

I think that you need to stop comparing your self to other people to start. You'll only make your self feel worse if you belive that you look bad.

You dont need to join a gym to look good.

Be happier in yourself and it will improve you appearance to others. Plus if you worry you don't look good all the time, even if there is nothing wrong, you will make urself belive that you are 'ugly' as you say.

Just exersise when you can. You don't need muscles to look good.

you are about 20 lbs underweight... you should think about eating more protein and carbohydrates. also don't think like that. give it some time and be who you are. not someone else.

everybody thinks they are ugly. One reason is that when you look in the mirror you're 4 inches away. If someone got that close to you you'd push them away. We are all different and thank God the ladies like all the different types of guys that are out there.

Sometimes I think I'm ugly too but you should be happy with what and who you are.I'm 5'5'' and (I'm not saying how much I weigh).People call me fat a lot(I'm in middle school).I'm also dark-skinned(I'm mostly black)and when I see pretty ''white'' girls,I feel like they look down on me.Just don't be ashamed of how you look.If you feel like you need to gain more weight just drink a lot of tea(it works!).Exersise on the weekends to get musles.

Is how they show it.
Learn how to love yourself and if you have stuff like zits and
Stuff, get rid of it.
Make sure you look like a real confident guy and
People WILL believe it!!
