Does your job make you fatter??!

So, how to beat the bulge?

So, how to beat the bulge?

Eat timely. Don't skip vital meals. Ditch snacks. Munchies too. Cut down caffeine. Do the tea run. Park further away. Take the stairs. Go to the water cooler. Don't e-mail or call but walk over.

Eat less, and try to get up frequently at work. Perhaps spend at least 30 minutes of the lunch hour taking a walk. These things can help.

Snack a lot but snack smart. (Leftovers instead of donuts)

Drink lots of water. And I mean a lot.

Take the stairs every so often

Finally make time to go to the gym. If you don't have time after work then go in the mornign. Don't be a baby.

I think its true because i do office work twice a week and i eat at my snacks at my desk through out the day. Those are the days i eat most. Luckily i definitly take a walk to sainsurys so i get a brisk walk. But i see people in my old job and lots of them have funny bums. I hope i dont get like that
