How can I lose weight in 2 months?!


Question: Ok, I know I can do it. My dad is in really good shape, so with his help it'll be fantastic!
I'm 15, 5'7 and I weigh 120 pounds and my waist line for jeans are like.. a 28 or 29.

I want to lose about 10 pounds. Yes, that much.
Or maybe like 115, but since I have two months I have the faith I can get down to 110.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
I never really watch my diet and don't plan on it.
I might, I don't really eat as much sweets so I guess I'll try to eat more fruits. I honestly don't eat that much, the only problem is that I'm always behind the computer so that's why I'm kind of fat and I have school from 7 to 5.

ANYWHO! I'll be running track and keeping myself active. I always ride my bike. What can I do to get a smaller butt?

And how much weight do you think I ca lose?

well 5'7" and 120lbs is realy really good weight, but a 28 waist jeans is bigger than what i wear and i'm 5'2" and 110 so i think that you just need to tone up. go out and run a little bit and don't be discouraged if you don't LOSE weight work on losing fat. good luck!

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
