Weight Loss; eating what food?!
Question: hi im 16.63kg In one day I eat:

BREAKFAST: 1 leaf lettuce
4 broccolis
2 eggs
1 green tea
Snack: 1 lettuce leaf
50g baby carrots
6 broccolis
Snack: 1 lettuce leaf
7 strawberries
LUNCH: 1 roasted chicken breast
1 lettuce leaf
50g cauli flowers, 2 leaf spinach
Snack: 25g carrots and 2 leaf lettuce
1 green tea
2 leaf spinach
DINNER: 1 roasted chicken breast
1 lettuce leaf
4 broccolis
8 GLASSES OF WATER
__________________________
All that is around 1000 calories, around 60g carbs i want to get it up to 1200-1500 calories. Would a protein shake help?
i powerwalk on a treadmill for 45 min a day
I want to lose fat. Should i decrease the amount of carbs i intake? plz correct me if im wrong.

You need to eat protein with every meal to speed up weight loss.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)
For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
