Skinnier LEGS?!


Question: paticularly calves.
thighs too, but i hate my calves (:
what exercises make them skinnier, because i know some that can bulk them up with muscle but i just want skinny legs.

also, how regularly shall i do these exercises to lose the fat quicker?

Lay on your back and do the thing where you look like you're riding a bicycle, haha. Also you can do heel raises, those have a big affect on the calves.

go extreme moutain biking

Well, I don't really know any ways, but running is a powerful way to skinny up your legs. Instead of running as fast as you can though, run with your legs wide apart, like you are stretching. It helps a lot, trust me!

for me walking on the treadmill helps a lot!!!! dont go too slow though. the speed around 3.5 mile per hour will do. 40 minutes is good enough. u can do it for 3 days a week or more if u want. good luck!!!

you can go on http://www.youtube.com and type in Pilates and Taebo... They have 10 minute workout videos on there..

The easiest &best way is to use weight training equipment at the gym, Ive been going 4 times a week to the gym & working extra hard on my legs, & all the work has paid off! It only takes about 4 weeks for the muscles to start showing. GOOD LUCK!

Do not lift heavy weights and any exercise go ultra high reps.
