I REALLY need help. PLEASE!?!


Question: I've been doing really good with my diet, but lately I've been eating so much..I mean, if I see something, I'm so tempted to it so I do.
What can I do to make myself not eat it!?

im working on loosing weight, and i found that if you cant stop eating, BRUSH YOUR TEETH! it really works! after you brush your teeth anything you eat will taste nasty, so you wont want to eat!

its called self control. deal with it and learn to live with it.

you just have to be motivated...when that happens to me i just think about why i really want to lose the weight...and it's not always what you eat it's about portion

eat something really filling that has protein or fiber in it so you don't get cravings as much. i'm having the same problem as you! :[

drink a tall glass of water before you eat.
that way you get full quicker.

Try to look at it the same way as you would saving money (which is also a good thing to build self control with - surprisingly, both things seem to go hand in hand!)

Let's say you have some money, if you blow it every time you see something you like, you're broke, right?
So you say to yourself "I'm not going to do that, I'm going to save it and maybe buy that later".

Do the same thing with food. Just say to yourself "Maybe I'll eat this some other time".

There are lots of methods that work, this is just one suggestion.

Try apple cider vinegar mixed with honey & water before every meal.
