honestly she probably has a cook and she definitely has a personal trainer so that really makes a difference. but if you just watch what you eat and eat healthy foods and work out 4 or 5 times a week you could look similar to her. i want her arms too! lol

Drink tons of water and excercise 3-4 times a week...if you don't start to see your body change then you can know your body is ready for more rigorous training. Eat healthy...shop produce...not breads and frozen junk food. ;) Kelly has blurps on her thoughts plastered everywhere online. Check out the source I've attatched. She has a great attitude!
