Eat less, move more. Diet pills wreck your system and youll gain double what you lost when you try to get off it. Are you one of those people that condemn meth/crack heads or cocaine freaks? Same thing. Same effect.

i know you probly dont wanna hear this but diet and exercise are the best options to try.

There is no such thing as a good diet ill if you want to lose weight you have to exercise and eat lesser portions you dont need a pill exercise like on a ike or go jogging or walking with a friend and when you are eating only get helpings the size of your fist.....

There are healthy foods that act to curb hunger. You can also try using restraint. Learn to not cave in to your every desire.

Diet pills don't work so don't waste your money. Just eat 6 small healthy meals a day and snack on raw fruits and veggies when you get hungry. Take a short walk each day and work up to about 45 minutes a day. Over the course of a year, you will be amazed at the amount of weight you've lost. You didn't gain it over night so don't expect to lose it over night. Starving yourself only slows down your metabolism making it even harder to lose weight. Slow and steady is the healthiest way to lose weight.

no pills are good pills dear, im sorry but its just not healthy. all you have to do, is what you dont want to do. you have to run, if you feel you are to overweight for that than just walk, just take long walks and you'll see those lbs. flying off. eventually work your way up to a run. and afterwards you'll feel hungry but dont eat fatty or sugary foods. just eat protein and some carbs, but NOT TO MUCH, its all about portion control
