Workout problems....?!
Question: i do a lot of cardiovascular workouts (cardio) but i prefer muscle workouts better. i lost 11 pounds in 6 days and i did a lot of musvcle workouts how come im not gaining weight and i have a question my right arm muscle is much bigger then my left what can i do to help this

Weight lifting will make yoy lose weight its a very efferctive fat burner if u want to even your arms out you can lift heavier weights woth the left while cutting a little less pounds on the right hand for about tWo weeks
When you lift, use bars, rather then free weights...it will even your strength out.
You need more daily intake when it comes to food, that way you can gain weight...Healthy food though...like
