You are going to want to keep up with the same routine that you are in now, BUT incorporate heavy cardio before and after the weight training sessions, this will cut you up and trim the fat deposits around your muscles, also for the stomach you want to start an intense abdominal routine, consisting of leg raises, sit-ups, crunches and obliques. For your cardio I suggest a stairmaster, they will provide a very hard and beneficial workout that will make you sweat. If you dont want to do that then try biking, running, and swimming all will get your cut and increase endurance. Hope this helps.

Make sure to cut your calories slowly, and keep your cardio short and intense to keep as much mass as possible. Either way you are going to lose some muscle, but this way you can keep it as minimal as possible.

do ur cardio first thing in the morning before breakfast. before cardio take in some amino acids to preserve ur muscle mass(whey shake or BCAA powder 30 minutes before cardio) in the morning ur glycogen stores will be relatively low, ur body will have to look to fat or muscle to make energy thats why u need the amino acids to prevent catabolism.
