I am trying to get toned, what diet should I have with this excercise schedule?!


Question: I dance about an hour mondays, 1 1/2 hours tuesdays and thursdays, 1 hour fridays. 30 minutes of weights everyday.

You should eat a sensible diet. Plenty of fruits and vegetables and whole grains, wither whole grain bread or brown rice. Make sure you drink plenty of water and you should eat healthy fats, like olive oil and nuts.

Learn and train MMA and you will become very toned. Give up on dancing, it will get you no where in life. Also, try running across the state that you live in under 3 days with no breaks. You will become a machine!

proteins! You need proteins for more toned muscles, plus they also provide energy you need. Get meals with lean meats and protein shakes. Goodluck!

Definitely the Atkins's diet. My mom lost 100 lbs on it 3 years ago and she eats healthy carbs now and has kept all the weight off. I would say you should probably work out a little more. Working out more will make you feel so much better because right now it seems like you are doing the minimum. I really hope this helps and good luck!! : - )
