I was the same as you, but you CAN DO IT!!! Trust me!!
Join a gym. Start off slow, walking on treadmills and stuff. As your fitness increases you can do more.
Go cold turkey and cut out all junk. No fast food, chips, sweets, etc. and absolutely NO fizzy drinks, they are all fattening.
I did this and went crazy for two weeks craving sweet things, but now after 2 months I don't even think about it any more.
There are other healthy things you can buy to snack on - low fat dips and celery/carrot, wholemeal low fat biscuits, etc.
If I can do it you can!!!!

Who doesn't love junk food. I used to have a few extra lb. but I started going to the gym two hours a day in the morning and in two years I drop near 90 pounds. You can do it.

substitute your junk food with things like fruit and rice cakes(in moderation)

Just cut your consumption of junk food in half.
i miss my doritos but i know they were just weighing me down (literally).

easy push yourself....and have your junk food but have it in moderation....have it once a week....you will lose weight..and trust me when you have the food you love...you will appreciate it more...LOL ...

This is a little more on the esoteric side of dieting:

Many people find themselves slaves to junk food not only because of the chemical addictions, but also psychological addictions. Of course, you know about "comfort" food, but there is also "discomfort" food, as in, food that would make you sick if it touched your tongue.

SO what I would do is "reprimand" myself when I thought about binging on cookies by eating onion slices. I came to associate the taste of cookies with the disgusting taste of onions, so now when I think of cookies, all I remember is how nasty onions are.

Well, that's my weird way of dealing with cravings!

Hey, if you want loose ur weight do as i say,
Have what ever junk food u like to but have it in the day times.
Try ur best to skip the dinner.
Do the water therapy
(drink 6 liters of water for the day)
try this out i am sure you'll loose your weight.you'll have a visible difference in ur weight.

ok well first off junk food is ok as long as you eat it in moderations unless its fast food that needs to go until you feel you can eat it less then once a month. try not to get stressed out about the junk food because that will only make things worse. also start eatting more fruits and veggies that will help you in keeping your energy up when you are doing things.

working out atleast 2 twice a week will slowly get you to lose weight and gain muscle but remember you will lose lbs slowly and then start to gain weight back when muscle starts to form.

sounds like youve had it rough. youre one of the unlucky ones who likes junk food. WE ALL LOVE IT!!!! but you cant have a good physique and live off crap. have i cheat day a week in which you may relax eating rules, but dont stuff your face, just have somwthing a bit 'naughty'.
