If i did crunches and push ups how much would i gain?!


Question: it depends how many you do and how often you do them, most often they will give you results in a few weeks if you do 30 situps and like 15 push ups a day, not that hard but gives results... i prefer sit ups

I reckon passers by would throw you a couple of quid for the entertainment value, but other than that, not much.

you would lose weight not gain.

Crunches and push ups!? Well, they are not really enough to stimulate hypertrophy (the enlargement of your muscles), though you may notice more definition to your chest and abs at first... If you want to gain weight, you should do heavier compound exercises, like squats, bench press, deadlifts, rows, chinups, pullups which are mass gainers.. You should also have a large caloric intake..
