You could try shoulder pushups...if you can do any ... put ur feet against the wall so ur completely on ur hands and then try to do like upside pushups and thats a shoulder pushup...also if u do resort to weight lifting incline bench press and anything incline will get ur shoulders as well as ur upper chest

well sadly, without weights you can only reach a certain point of strength. but one i like to do is do a handstand against a wall and do pushups like that. this way your working a lot of muscles around the shoulders and the upper chest. one arm pushups are good if you can do them. and if you have dumbells at least you can do flys and military presses with them.

another good one is instead of just regular pushups you can stack some books up on the ground and extend your push ups farther, this will help your muscles rip. just make sure the books are the same height on both sides.

Do chin ups. You should also check out Men's Health mag. They always have stuff you can do without weights. If you are trying to build strength and still want to stay away fr using weights invest in a reistance band, and if u do decided to use weights stay away fr drop setting. Alot of body builders use forms of drop setting, (u do as much weight as u can for the 1st set but can only do 3 to 5 reps, then the next set u drop the weight by 10 to 15% and continue). By doing this it rips and bulks the muscle but it dose not build endurance strength.

Hang on a bar with slightly spread hands and move your head up and down. Mayurasana, a position in yoga and in padmasana , try to keep your hands touching your back, palms together fingers upwards and rise hands to the extent possible will broaden the shoulders. Be broad minded.
