Absolutely not. Start toning up. By toning up, you will actually gain more weight because muscle weighs more than fat.

Go on runs, which will help you're endurance and help you're heart adjust, and lift weights.

Gaining weight the healthy way is the way to go.

Don, it really depends upon your goals. Are you an athlete in a sport? Want to look good? Just trying to get bigger and fill out? What is your long-term goal?

you should go to a local gym and ask a trainer and let someone help you work out a program for you. you should have been working out all along to help your muscles build and also a trainer would have been able to tell you if you are taking the right supplements or not.

It's up to you really. If you start body building now, you will weigh 200 by next year anyway. Slowly replace the supps with good old fashoned food too. Keep eating a ton though. Once you have that dream body in terms of muscle, then cut the fat, then adjust your diet to maintain the muscle and keep the fat off.

Running, if you don't eat/replenish the same amount of calories you burn off while running, you will lose weight.
