I need to lift my butt any suggestions?!


Question: in 2001 i had gastric/bypass surgery i lost 269 pounds had tummy tuck.legs are great but i lost my butt now its just a lil one and i need to lift it...help

Yoga exercise.Butt will be better after two weeks.After one month you'll have a butt that can be kissed anywhere.
lie on your stomach hands to each side palms down or fists down.take an enormous breath in and as your doing it lift your legs and hips a few inches in the air hold for 15secs remember to breath, down, wait 30 secs than repeat.do it 4 times per day after one week 4 times per day at 30secs each.as you lift your hips feel with one hand your but and in that postion it will be like a rock.The fat burns reducing size and makes it very firm quickly.The pain at first is difficult but boy what results
