Does muscle grow is you take a hot bath after workout?!

Question: I've read a lot about muscle building and haven't seen that one. Work muscles with high weight/low reps until they're exhausted, eat enough carbs and protein b4 and after workouts, some supplements like creatine, let the muscles rest at least 24 hrs b/n workouts are the common techniques.

That said, if you have a source that says some studies find a hot bath helps, I could see how it could enhance blood flow to bring nutrients and remove waste, just like people prefer to keep muscles warm during workouts.

ENLGISH PLEZE

The hot bath does nothing for muscle growth....it does feel good though....If you've worked a group hard and your sore what you're actually feeling are tears in the muscle fiber. A rest day is when they grow...that's a day without a workout...in the gym you tear down, even though you fell pumped, your grow when you rest.

No haha, but they will if you take some protein after your workout. Though taking a hot bath can sooth your muscles it definitely can't grow them/
