My back hurts after lifting weights!?!


Question: Ok well first off idk if my back hurts because of lifting weights but im sure it isn't helping it. Back in Oct. is when it first started hurting....One night I was lifting weights and about 10 minutes after getting done I started getting sharp pains in my chest and arm area like a heart attack and I could feel like my muscles were pulling, I didn't lift for like a week and it eventually went away, since then it has done it around 2 more times and it usually goes away a couple minutes.......Now I haven't lifted since tues and wed. and all of a sudden during class yesterday and it started hurting and I woke up this morning and it moved from my arm and chest to my back and it hurts I can barely walk......So what could this be from, is it the lifting weights or something else.....and it is from working out what can I do to not have it hurt my back when I lift or how could I lift differently?

Put ice on it
