same diet i told ya bout girl ;) plus try hoodia gordini it will supress your appetite but make sure you get the real stuff i promise it works i use it

all natural would be veggies and fruit and veggies and fruit. walk and do not eat prepared foods. drink lots of water.

The best and safest way to loose weight is with a low fat diet of 6 to 8 meals a day amounting to 2000 cals.
Exercise 3 times a week preferably circuit training which builds muscle and burns fat at the same time (also won't get you looking like a body builder). Also make water your best friend. Forget all those diet pills as they maybe a quick fix but damage your body. Work for what you want as you will appreciate what you achive when you get there and Will be less likely to chuck it away.
Oh I forgot to say break your meals to 60 % carbs 30% protein and 15% fat . Your fats should come from good stuff like olive oil fresh fish salmon/machel/ trout and lean cuts of beef like rump steak.
