** DIET ** I would like to know which Diet Product Brand has work with good resu!
Question: I know the best and healthy way is eating right...BUT some of us need that help...tell me has anyone tried ALLI before...tell me about it .. i kidda heard few things including it gives you the runs,runs ..jejjejeje..so share your advise. I do walk and jog about 15 to 20 miles 3 times or 2 a week.. Im a 35 yr girl i need to loose 50 lbs... I WANT TO HAER FROM YOU.. thankxxxx : )

Alli is the only FDA approved weight loss pill. it ONLY works when you restrict caloric intake, and more importantly, fat intake. if you follow the directions and follow a diet and exercise plan, you will drop the weight slowly but surely.
