I need to lose alot of weight!! (over 6 stone)?!


Question: Please dont be rude or tell me to excersise and eat right cos i know that but I dont kno how to get started. Am a student and a single mum and I work so I dont have much time for myself. The quicker the better cos I cant stay single for next valentines!! Thats 2 yrs being single and I am 22!! (no pills pls!!)

i HAVE A REALLY GOOD TIP! : Drink icy cold water in the morning! this helps becaus your body is compensating for the heat loss by burning fat to rewarm you body! it's chilly but i lost 5 lbs!

Have a good site w/ lot of resources and weight loss solutions, like diets, exercise sites. There are pills on the site but other good stuff too. I think the exercise section has quick workouts for busy people, same w/ diets area.
