Is this going to work?!


Question: im 5'8" and 173
i want to be 155 which is 18 pounds away.
i thot i had to lose 50 so im glad that the healthy weight is 155. lol.
i eat when im bored basically.
but anyway,
im only going to eat when im hungry.
so thats about 3 to 4 times a day
my mom says thats about 1500 calories a day.
will this work?

and since i eat when im bored, im just going to start practicing my guitar and singing more, since im in lessons.

but is the eating part going to work?

You need to ask your Mom to put you on a healthy diet. Try mainly salmon, fish, chicken, and turkey. Salads, fruits, and vegetables, and whole grains are good. Give up the sugary and processed foods. Fast foods may taste good, but they are not good for you. Yogurts, and nuts are good! And, please exercise! Start walking with easy arm and legs exercises. Then, slowly increase, and you will feel better!
