Help me!!!!?!


Question: Help me, I'm going out of my mind! I have been trying to lose weight for some time now. The last two weeks, I changed my eating habits and started to work out. But I havent lost any weight just maintained it! Why can't I lose the wait? What can I do to lose the weight? I'm going crazy.

Well, first of all congratulations for trying to get healthier, you are on the right track to weight loss success combining both healthy eating and exercise. You probably need to tweak your habits here and there in order to get to your goal body and weight, but remember that it does take time to get there, be patient. I would recommend:

1. Reducing your portion size of food
2. Keep a food journal, record time you ate, amount, etc. (this works great for me)
3. Eat at regular intervals (every 3-4 hours)
4. Don't deny yourself anything, just eat in moderation, if you don't you are setting yourself up
5. Exercise at least 2 times a week
6. Combine both cardio and strength training if you can, you don't have to do both in the same day, you can alternate
7. Be patient, like I said, it does take some time to lose the weight, you are trying to change to a healthier lifestyle and it's not easy so just hang in there

i've been dieting for about a month now
i don';t know why it's not working!

to lose weight you need to urn more caloties that you consume
so eat 1,200 cals
but workout and burn more than 1,200

you sound like a young girl. so it could be insulin resistance. my daughter had her weight loss plateauing. we went to the dietician and she diagnosed the problem, which blood tests confirmed. some of the symptoms are dark patches underarms, a dark line around ur neck, perios problems, patches on your scalp, fCE TURNING RED IN SUN, apple shaped body.
if u dont have any hormonal problem , maybe you need professional guidance in your diet and exercise . good luck!

it doesn't take two weeks for you to lose weight KEEP OF THOSE WEIGHTING SCALES it will take a few weeks more than 2 anyway and yuo might see a few changes yuo need to stop worrying and there is nothing wrong you just keep on worrying!!!!!

1.avoid fatty foods
2.proper Exercise
3.drink a lot of water
