Wht should i do i tend to feel hungrier when i eat late at night?!


Question: if out late and eating really late at 7 pm starving i tend to eat alot and still feel hungry but i want to stop that feeling so i don't blow my caloire amount for the day

Try eating a healthy (no necessarily big) breakfast. Some hints are fruits, juices, milk, protein--lots of that, and carbs. Whatever takes you through the rest of your day. People who tend to eat a more proportioned breakfast are definitely healthier and you don't feel hungrier later in the day.

exercise! I dunno about you but when I run on the treadmill, I lose my appetite.

Or do crunches and other exercises..
they make you hurt too much to eat

but i know what you mean- I have a tendency to get hungry at 9:00 p.m.
