Question: i am 5,2-5,2 i am 155.5 and i need work outs for legs to abs to chest mostly every big main muscle and i need help building my back because i get pinned allot because i cant back bridge plz help AND TELL ME HOW TO CHOSE SOME ONE FOR BEST ANSWER OR SOMETHING

LEGS - Calf raises, Leg presses
ABS - Crunches, Cardio
CHEST - Flys, Incline bench press, Dips (use a dip station and keep your head and chest forward), Pushups
ARMS - Biceps curls, Hammer curls, Nosebreakers, Forearm curls
SHOULDERS - Press behind neck, Deltoid raises both to the front and side
BACK - Press behind neck, Wide grip pullups (your lats will get that awesome V-shape)

I find great workouts on prevention.com, they have them categorized by what you want to work on.
