Chin up and dips question?!


Question: Chin up and dips question?
so this kids in the weight room is 200 pounds and can perfrom 5 dips at a normal pace.

If I performed chins and dips like this who would be building more strength from these two exercises?

One repetition Chin-up (30-60 seconds raising and 30-60 seconds lowering

One repetition Dip (30-60 seconds raising and 30-60 seconds lowering

btw I'm 120 pounds

btw I'm 120 pounds

It's hard to say. This other guy is pushing more weight but u might be able to do more reps. Also how fit is this guy? Dose he look like he has a high or low body fat % and what about his lean mass %?
