Want to eat healthy for my cheerleading competition??? please help.?!


Question: i want to eat healthy for my upcoming vacation and cheerleading competition march 8th. any food ideas please?

usually i eat daily:
breakfast- 1 bowl of special k red berries
lunch- greek salad or peanut butter & jelly
dinner- this is where i usually eat the worst...going out to eat getting chicken fingers or mac and cheese or something fatty like that
bedtime snack-some sort of fruit


also i am a flyer for cheerleading and i have the worst bases so i need to hold ALL my weight.

oh and also...i want to get a 6 pack. (i have a 4 pack now) because im going to salt lake city and i need a bathing suit body. i exercise once a week at the gym for 2 hours. i cant exerise any other day because of cheer practices but i do 100 crunches every night unless im really tired. oh and after exercising i drink special k protein water

your diet sounds perfect exept for dinner! if you like chicken fingers i'm sure you'll like chicken breast (no skin) with a small salad.
I know what you mean, my bases suck too! haha. not much to do about that exept make sure you're doing your part perfectly. Having bad bases acctually make a better flyer becuase you learn how to do all the work!
Anyways, just watch what you eat, don't go obsessive, treat yourself once a week or so. And for the 6 pack, do 50 x 4 crunches a day. Good luck! :)

Try to eat at home instead of out. Eat fresh fish, lean meats, eggs, veggies, whole wheat bread, fruit, and drink lots of water. Try not to eat at bedtime. Good luck with everything.

You aren't getting much fruit or vegetables which are packed with the nutrients you'll need to stay healthy during training. You need to consume at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day.
I'd also like to point out that Special K is one of the worst cereals for you. Seriously. Go look at the sugar content- It's absolutely loaded with it. It's also higher in calories and salt than most other savory cereals like all-bran and shredded wheat. The whole healthy image is a scam. So yeah I would change cereals if I were you.
Apart from that it seems fine.
