I need a diet to help me get in shape..?!


Question: I'm not fat - I'm quite skinny to be honest.

I need a diet that'll be possible to work around, I have school so I can't exactly break out the nurishment shakes.

Anyone out there give me a diet? Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks

why diet if your already skinny? u need help....

High protein, and low carb. Just cut out the bread with lunch. Cut out, or cut down on, pastas, rices, and potatoes at dinner.

water, water water.

excersize, excersize, excersize.

Uhhmm, sorry, but A diet DOES mean cutting out certain foods. ( Read my answer again.) You need to cut out, or cut down on carbs, which are in bread, rice, pastas, cookies...etc.

High protein can be found in any kind of meat, peanuts, and dairy products.

I am on the special K diet.
Works wonders!

I eat special K cereal in the morning.
Eat the cereal bars throughout the day.
I add some fruit of course.
Drink Protein water. (special K)
Drink water.
I also work out a little!

If your just trying to keep being skinny, instead of changing your diet, u can just go and exercise just 20 or 30 mins a day, and that will soon give you benefits. However, if u like dieting, get rid of you sugary and oily (fried) food and replace with salads and fruits.

Bread, pasta and potatoes may be your best diet option if you are skinny

C'mon - if you are still at schoool and quite skinny you don't need a diet.

Just don't eat excesses of fast food, fried food, cheeses and sauces and you'll be fine.

you need foods high in protein, such as chicken, fish, and red meats. and also take multi vitamins. eat lots of fruit and veggies and you will gain weight, since u are underweight, and if you want to add tone in your muscles just work out and exercise. ps no junkfoods

Don't eat any snacks, fats.
Just have cabohydrates in diets.
That will be great, and also absorb
a little protein in meat, milk.
After just a week, you will be great as you want!!

eat a well balanced diet with proper portions. take raw fruits and/or vegetables to eat when away from home. baked, grilled, broiled lean meats, steamed vegetables, fresh fruit, whole grains, low fat dairy, and drink lots of water. read all you can about diet and do what works for you. what you get recommended here might be good for the answerer, but not work for you.

all diets are a waste of time,and can be dangerous you need a balance of good food and good exercise you are young and need to be careful what food you eat and what exercise you take the best person to give you advise is not out there in the public domain it is your nutritionist at your doctors surgery
----diets ---will make you ill, why deny yourself of food you enjoy when he or she will show you how to eat most foods and still have a good healthy body all the best

The low Gi is a safe bet as this is the one recommended for diabetics.
