I am fat. Ugh. How do I lose this!?!


Question: I'm about 4'11 and a half. And I weigh (Just weighed) 94 pounds.
I really want to get down to 90 at the least, because I think that will be a normal healthy weight.
Right now I think I'm a tad chubby..in the most frustrating areas!
I really need help, how do I lose this pesky 4 pounds?
Without exercise please, I don't have much time for that..

4 pounds is nothing but a number. You can lose 4 pounds by sweat alone, or going to the bathroom even. I wouldn't track your weight with a number. If you want to lose weight and keep it off unfortunately you are going to have to make a little time each day for exercise. Even if you just run around your block for a half hour a day and eat healthy meals you'll start seeing results pretty quickly. If there was a healthy way to lose a lot of weight very quickly without exercise everyone would be doing it, just doesn't exist.

You CANNOT be fat if you are under 100 lbs. Sounds like you NEED to exercise to tone & firm up. Good Luck.

i've just calculated your bmi and you are on the low side of healthy meaning if anything you are too thin.

do you genuinely believe you are overweight? because from the sounds of this you aren't. just be happy with what you have, don't stress about stuff like this, there are more important things in life.
