Whey Protein Safe?!

Question: I've heard so many say that its safe then I read this guy saying you will die early from it? Is he crazy or right? Here's a little of his article. BTW his name is Chuck Bluestein if that means anything to you.

People consume whey for protein thinking that extra protein helps to build muscle. If you look at the home page on healthy diet, you will see that people get whey (way) too much protein already. This excess protein causes people to die prematurely due to cardiovascular problems which is the main cause of death in the USA. To build muscle you need resistance training like lifting weights. Then eat a healthy diet and do not cut carbs. The home page tells what fats and carbs make you fat and which ones (the good ones) make you thin.

The sale of whey is to make money. Why does it need to be sold? Because otherwise it would be thrown away or fed to pigs. Have you ever heard of cheese? It is such a popular food that Whole Foods natural supermarket chain has a whole section on it. The healthiest cheese to buy is the raw goat cheese. There are cheese shops that only sell cheese.

To make the cheese, they take the milk and put something in it (like lemon juice) to curdle it. Then you are left with curds and whey. As a little boy, I put milk in my tea and then added lemon juice that I squeezed from a lemon and it curdled. Then the adults told me that I can only use one or the other, not both. The curds were used to make cheese and the whey was thrown away or fed to the pigs. So it was called pig slop. So now instead of throwing it away, they are selling it to you by making you think you need it. This is good business. Their goal is not to help you in any way but to make money.
