do lots of cardio, such as running on the treadmill, riding a bike, walking. than with weights, you can do any exercise, but instead of doing a low amount of reps, do high reps woth low weight. also, dont rest between sets. so do one set of
bench press, pec flyes, pull ups, barbell rows, dips and bicep curls
with no rest. thats one circuit. do that 3 times with 3 mins rest between each circuit. do it about 3 or 4 times a week.
heavy weigh+lowe reps=gain muscle mass
light weight+high reps+lowe rest=fat loss
Elliptical , runs , intervals, bicycles, air bicycles , crunches and that would do the work
like brandon said cardio is everything for weight loss
it all depends on your weight
200 pounds=run for 2 hours a day 3-4 times a week you'll loose 20 pounds in like a month
some people cant handle the 2 hour runs from just starting but you have to just keep going and drink lots of water
