Pushups. Try to do 200 per day, every day. Sets of ten, 20 times a day, or sets of 20, ten times a day, it doesn't matter. Split it up however you like. But if you get a few minutes, do pushups. You'll get way stronger.

second, if you don't have alot of time, do pushups and situps, its cliche but they will burn fat, and tone your body. It's not like body building, but they'll definately make you're body much more toned and fit

what is with everyone on here wanting fast results without wanting do do anything?!

to be brutally honest with u.. there is no such thing! even if your are taking steroids you still have to go to a gym and work you A** OFF...

no there is no magic pill that is going to give u quick muscle... its called working out 4 times a week for 40 mins..... no miracles are happening.....

red meat (not too excessively) and a good long workout as much as you can. Make sure you stretch a LOT before you workout. Not only are you less likely to pull something, but you will gain more muscle faster. Carnacin (may be mispelled) is one of the main compounds in muscles red meat has a lot of it.

If you have time. It's a good idea to work out excessively and then take a week off. It gives your muscles time to repair themselves and grow.

You're 15!!!....

Unless you want to take the chance of stunting your growth (keep yourself from growing taller), I would stay away from weight training.

I always recommend that girls be at least 17 and boys 18, preferably 19, before engaging in any type of weight training program....

I would tell you to not worry about "gaining any muscle fast", for at least 3 more years.... Focus more on your hand-eye coordination, and developing good body mechanics (form),for whatever sport you want to partake in.
