Am i eating healthy?!
Question: Im 14 year old male
BREAKFAST- yoghurt, 1 fruit, porridge, and milk OR 3 eggs, 2 slices of toast, and milk.
SNACK- 1 fruit
LUNCH- 1 rye bread sandwich with chicken or salmon and 1 PBJ sandwich, 1 fruit (and occasionally 1 chocolate bar)
SNACK- dried fruit OR raw cucumber and carrots OR yogurt OR milk, and and every other day an instant soup
DINNER- chicken OR fish OR steak OR sausages, rice, potatoes, broccolli, spinach, and a tortilla OR pita OR bun. fruit for dessert
SNACK (only if i feel hungry)- Cashew nuts OR a bowl of cereal, and milk
It all adds up to around 2500 calories. I exercise 2-3x per week (badminton) and handstand everyday.

It sounds pretty healthy to me, but 2500 calories seems a bit much. You didn't mention anything about what you drink because that can make a big difference. Do you drink soda or juice? They can both add alot of calories. Try to drink a least 8 glasses of water during the day. It really helps fill you up and you won't be as hungry, meaning you will only eat one piece of toast instead of two, or only 2 eggs instead of 3, or skip dessert, all from drinking water which doesn't add any calories! Hope this helps.
