I'll say this much for it, it works if you're strict with it, meaning by the book so to speak, no cheating.
Don't fall for slimfast. Though it might work after a long period of time and large amount of money, its better and cheaper to walk and start your own diet. Eat foods that are healthy for you, avoid snacks and soda or any other carbonated drinks. DON'T DRINK DIET! Whatever your weight is, divide that buy 2 and drink that many oz to whatever your weight is.

be careful, i asked this exact question and i got my account including email locked. i was not able to get important work and school items in my email. apparenly its "not a question" anyway, i was told it doesnt really help, its too high in sugar really.
no. im a 5 foot 6 inch girl adn weigh 1267 lbs. i want ot lose 85 lbs and slimfzt makes me hungier . after two hours of drinking it i have to drink another. take a half hour walf mucnch on vegies and fruit in between.
