It depends on your bone structure, but for a young man it would be "normal" to be about 150-190...

From what I understand "perfect weight" is designed around this:
For every 5ft, add 100lbs. For every 1nch, add another 5lbs.
So, 15x5 = 75 + 100 = 175
We're working with lbs, so the answer is 175lbs
However, I've found that usually, especially for young people, that weight is a little low. In that range is perfectly healthy though.
