Not only is whole wheat great for digestion like everyone else said, it's also a low glycemic food... (a good carbohydrate.) There's also good news if you're on a diet, because low glycemic foods actually control hunger longer as compared to high glycemic foods. whole wheat is much better than white but wheat in general isn't great, cinnamon help the digesting process so it is actually good to eat lots of it
it is healthiER but eating too much of anything regardless of how good for you can be bad for you. "everything in moderation." you may have problems baking if you don't make the necessary adjustments to the recipe when substituting in wheat flour in place of regular flour though because wheat flour is heavier and won't rise as well.
yea its better and did u know that if u sprinkle cinnamon on sugary items, it can actually help keep blood sugar more stable?...cinnamon is good!
