How do I know how much calories I take daily?!
Question: Well, this is again in line on how desperate I am to gain some weight. I'd just like to know how I can calculate the foods I eat everyday. The dietician obviously told me that I'm underweight when I went to a mall where there was a booth offering free weight consulation. She told me to take 2,200 calories a day and I want to know which foods reach this calorie range.
I was primarily advised to take 4 1/2 cups of rice, 2 glasses of milk and 2 hard-boiled eggs a day plus the other usual foods that we eat like meat, liquids, veggies and so on and so forth...
I'm 19 BTW, weighs 51 kgs. and stands 5'4'' ^_^

the only way to know is to count the calories in the food that you just ate and right them down
