i dont think exercising reduces thighs. However, exercising can tone your thighs up. In order to reduce and tone, you would need a combination of exercising and dieting. Cut out fattening foods. The most efficient way to tone your thighs is to run daily.

Leg lifts, 20 each leg, once in the AM and once in the PM, this really works. Lay on the floor, on your side and lift one leg at a time.
