I'm sorry, but when that second answerer said a little chubby I got P*SSED! She is perfect! 110 is probably the max, 11 I was up and down between 95 - 100. Not chubby. NOT fat. She is fine!
That's really sad. I wish children didn't care so much about their weight. It really depends how tall she is but if she's normal height you can tell her she's perfectly healthy and really has nothing to worry about.
