Question: water you drink?

Answers: water you drink?

After I read your question, I was trying to remember an incident last summer with a jogger. I can't remember if this was local or national news. Anyway, yes, it is possible to drink too much water and die as a result. The blood components that carry electrolytes and oxygen become too thin to maintain body and cell support. My girlfriend has been an RN for many years and she has seen this a few times. Understand though, it takes one he11 of a lot of water to do this. Don't have any reservations about keeping yourself properly hydrated.
No wait. I remember what it was. It was a young lady in Minnesota that drank a few gallons of water on a dare or a bet. Then she died while walking home.

drink around 8 glasses. i drink around 4 water bottles a day

well im guessing it should be safe. i drink boiled water then we cool it then we put it in a brita (filtration device). but you should drink as much of water as you can, peeing is another story. but it should be safe unless you wake up in the middle of the night.. then you might have to go to the doctor.

Well just like anything, too much of something can do some harm.

A few years ago when Nintendo WII came out, there was a news story about a radio station in California who had a contest to see who could drink the most water without peeing. The contest was "Hold your Wee for a Wii"... well this lady drank a ton of water within a short period of time and she ended up dying from water intoxication. Here, I found the story.

I'm guessing if you pee enough, then you're fine. Just dont drink so much til your stomach hurts or cramps.
