Tae bo amped?!

Question: Has anybody actually seen results with tae bo amped? i bought it yesterday, and will i see resutls within 7 days? or no?

I don't know about Tae bo amped but I used regular tae bo years ago and saw results. I took a real tae bo class on saturdays and did the tapes for 30-45 minutes a day during the week (took sunday off). I also watched what I ate. I did lose weight while I did it. I lost about 20 lbs that month but I was working my butt off and following a strict diet plan.
