I always feel really sick when i get up in the mornings. What can i eat????!

Question: if you're feeling sick to your stomach when you get up you're going to want to avoid dairy products because they tend make it worse.

bland food will help you settle your stomach though. dry toast, plain broth, and saltines usually help when i've got an upset stomach

if this has been a problem for a while, and/or it continues you might want to consider talking to your doctor about it to make sure everything is okay

hope you feel better soon

crackers

What about something like toast or yoghurt which aren't too strong tasting and should help settle your stomach? Or you could try waiting 10 minutes or so to see if you feel more like eating then. X

more crackers

Seriously, it helped me religiously, vinegar & salt potato chips.

I used to get really nauseous in the morning as well and I never ate breakfast. But now I eat cheerios or toast instead of things like fruit or pastries...it's usually the sugar that does me in and makes me want to vomit. :[

Maybe your pregnant, lol.

Plain bread, toasted, with nothing on it.
Plain white milk.
If you have digestive problems, Activia yogurt may be worth the try - my doctor recommended it to me - it's considered a probiotic.
When I was nauseous all the time, I would get up and have my coffee with milk and sugar, and nothing else because I was too sick to eat. What is causing you to be sick all the time? Think about that - is it a person you're going to see at school or work, or a stressful situation you have to deal with?

Sometimes being dehydrated can make you feel nauseous. Try drinking a glass or two of water, or even a mild (non-acidic) fruit juice that's watered down. Plain oatmeal cooked with water is a more breakfasty alternative to crackers.

morning sick,,,,,,maybe baby
