Will this work before summer?!


Question: Hi.
I'm 15 and 140 pounds.

Me and my sister just started to go to the gym, we go 3-4 times a week for about an hour. I do carido for 30 minutes each.


Will i lose alot of weight before summer if i also eat right, and will i look tighter and toner?

Yes, you would. Try increasing the amount of cardio you do, eat healthy and properly, then you should also work your abs, and tush, so you can look tighter and toner.

And no problem

Do some weight training with it and you will definetly see some results. One day do 40 min. of cardio and 25 min. weight training. Alternate the next 40 min weight training, 25 cardio and so on take time in between to let your muscles heal..I do this and it works great. While your on the treadmeal try to do an incline do it as long as you can and as high, also jogging, and walking.. hOpe this helps

Sure will you want to lose no more then a pld a week. Make sure you eat you don't want not to eat b/c that will slow down the weight lost when you work out. Your body need the fuel.
