Green Tea and Plenty of ice cold water im 13 and recently traded in all other drinks for cold water and green tea and eat 6 small meals a day like yogurt is a meal and go excersizing with a friend im doing that also. anymore question send me a message hope i helped

Watch your snacks & get active,
Eat less and find a hobby to cut the food thinking hours.
Don't stress over the small stuff, you can gain weight from stressing.
And overall, just think about how much better your life will be if you overcome a goal like that.

decreasing the portions of your current diet or trading in some unhealthy stuff for good stuff... also add green tea, miso soup, and fat free yogurt to your diet. those three things alone will make you lose a ton of weight! good luck!
