I have a chocolate problem?!


Question: I have a serious chocolate problem. I need to have chocolate at least a feww times a day or i will go crazy!! im not even kidding its very serious. I'm scared of gaining weight from it and i think i already am. What should i do?? i really need help. Thankyou :)

I totally know what you are talking about!!!

I have a chocolate problem too.

Not just that though, whenever there is junk food around, ill take it, even if it isn't mine. That's how bad it is.

When I eat healthier foods, i notice i don't go AS crazy for sweets. Also, if you don't eat breakfast, you should try, (i dont eat it, but when i do i feel less of a craving for chocolate)

also, there are other things that lead to this. do you have any mental issues? do you see a therapist? I have depression, which makes me eat TONS of food, so thats why i do it. if you have that, that could be a reason.

also, i notice when im home alone i eat more, and when im out with friends i hardly eat

Any diabetes in your family? Cravings for chocolate (sugar) could be an underlying problem. If this is not a consideration, then you simply love chocolate! Yum, yum! Me too. (but I am diabetic and CRAVE sugar.)

hmmm...eat dark chocolate and get rid of most of it. try substituiting it for something else. or you can find a chocolate that you don't like and only carry that in the house. or you can get a treadmill...=/

You don't have a chocolate problem. You have a perception problem. Eating chocolate several times a day is fine.

You might be resolving some trace mineral deficiency problem....trace minerals found only in chocolate.

I predict that it will be resolved one or two days after Easter.

u cant just tell urself no im not eating chocolate? its just a craving a lot of people get them u can decide not to give in.

I know how you feel.
I have the same problem. but right now i've been really craving peanut butter cups / reeses peices.

Just relax, and slowly cut down. Eat a little bit less each day, in smaller portions, and soon you won't have any.

Buy less.
