Does this sound like a good exercise plan?!


Question: I have a heart condition so it's very hard for me to do a lot of exercise (like if I do too much, I'll black out or pass out) Will eating really healthy (totally cutting out all sweets/junk food/high in saturated fat, calories and sugars, no fast food) and stuff like that.... And walking/jogging 20 minutes a day? Will that help me lose weight?? I get sooo frusterated cause I can't do too much exercise. And also doing like 20-30 situps?? Thanks! thumbs up for answerin =]

You should try to exercise - for weight loss- more than 30 minutes each day. How abt working up to where you can walk for 45 minutes to an hour 5 days/week? And, of course, eating healthy will help you you lose weight - aim for most of your food to be fruits and veggies with some lean protein, whole grains, and skim dairy too.
But please check with your doctor before beginning a diet or exercise program given your heart condition. A heart monitor may also help to monitor your heart rate so you don't get to the point where you black out.

Yeah thats plenty you can burn probably 2 calories every week. But also make sure you consume a lot of water since theres no calories and it keeps you refreshed and it helps keep your motabolisme going i'm pretty sure.

You can do more exercise, just keep it simple. Like, walking for an hour or so. It's good for ANYONE. Everything else sounds pretty good though.
