Exercises for your thighs?!


Question: I dont have any equipment but i want to lose fat from my thighs. I am eating less but it is coming off my arms and body, not my thighs or butt. I don't want to gain muscle!

it has been proven many times that you can not spot burn fat,
doing thigh exercises will not burn thigh fat.
The best exercises that will help tone are squats and lunges and you should concentrate on exercises that encompass multiple muscles and full body movement.
Its also a common misconception that lifting weight will cause large muscle building,,,this is wrong.
most people will simply not lift heavy enough weights to do that and "most" females do not have the correct hormone balance to promote large muscle building.
Lifting light weights and body-weight exercises are the best to promote fat loss as they increase your lean muscle mass and thus your resting metalbolic rate (where most calories are burnt.)

PS. walking and light jogging are rubbish for fat burning you need to do interval training i.e. alternating quickly between medium and high intenstiy exercise like walk for 1 min and sprint for 1min and repeat.

WALK WALK WALK!! Lunges help, so do squats.

You can not target fat loss. But a great exercise you can do for your thighs are squats ( air ) and lunges.
