I want to lose weight and i have a year to do that! Can you help me??!


Question: I am sad that i have to write this but the thing is that i need to lose weight for 1 year now i am 250 pounds that is 113.6 kg for ppl who dont know!I'm 18 years old!And i missed best years of my life watching TV or Computer!Now i want to change that , i want to be more active! I dont eat meat,junk food but i do eat chocolate (but not much)!!I know that i am FAT because i love to watch TV and to be on computer and i need to get off that !But i want to know what should i do??What to eat and what do to to be active!!....I need to lose 165 pounds or 75 kg!(for one year)
I bought LEG MAGIC today do u think it will help??

ok the only way you can do it is that you need to be courageous and postivie
my sister had the same problem and she did it! it was hard i saw her sad sometimes, but now she is healthy and normal weight.
she was 120 kilos and now she is 64 kilos and she looks great

what she done was:
breakfast:
semi-skiled milk and cereals with high fibre
lunch:
orange and salad
dinner:
a fruit and green vegies coz they contain less calories

and she went everyday after school just for 40 minutes to the gym. and it helped her believe me!!! at first you r not gonna like exercising but after you like it coz it motivates u!

she measured her weight everyday and everyday she could see a decrease in her weight not much but she last 1 kilos every 2 days or so!

the most important thing is to stop eating bread, chocolate, cookies, crisps because this is what makes you fat!!
i mean you may well have 1 piece of bread a day if you really want to but thats not going to help with your diet, afterall you are the one who decides what goes in ur body

but am sure you can do it!!
and you will be much happier

The key is: Diet Diet Diet, then exercise:

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

Take cabbage soup n cabbage empty stomach. drink warm water all d time. Exercise for 30 mins everyday or jogg. Best is to put on music n just dance whatever way - u wud stay active , it wud burst ur stress n also let u loose weight. do yoga especially breathing exercises- trust me they work. Breathe in n take ur belly in, breathe out n release it- do dis for 10 to 20 mins every day . Stick to a healthy diet n go 4 vegs n fruits instead of junk n meats. Dont eat fat free or diet food, they worsen d condition in long run. God bless u in achieving ur goal

actually a year is very long to loose weight. The best way to do is to have daily exercises and have a balance diet. When we say balance diet, your not going to eliminate all carbo-rich foods such as rice, rather, you just have to minimize your usual intake like for example, you're taking 2 cups of rice every meal, now you're going to reduce it for only 1 cup. You can also have fruits for your snacks rather than bread. Why? because bread is also rich in carbo and it contains hidden fats. Try also to drink water before eating your meals so that you'll have a feeling of fullness, therefore, you 'll only eat small amount of foods.

the best advice i can give you is that you cut the fat completely no salt for food no sugar for tea and cycle about 30 minutes before eating anythin in the morning. It is a healthy diet that i know it works good

Dear Ana: First, try hard to control your eating habits, get used to not eating until you're completely full. Cut down on fat, especially saturated fats, they're real killers! Seeds and nuts, in small quantities, are OK & very healthy! Don't drink beer, lemonade - not even the "light" stuff -, and also try to avoid carbonated drinks, but DO drink lots of mineral water (to remove toxines from your organism). Watch out for fat in dairy products like cheese; have your cholesterole level checked, it might be way too high. I've lost 25 lbs this way in 3 months - losing 165 lbs in 12 months may be both unrealistic and unhealthy! When beginning to exercise, take it easy, get into a pattern of walking instead of driving or going by public transportation, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, taking the bike for longer distances - GOOD LUCK!!!
